This past week, Northern Virginia saw a rise in new listings. Compared to three months ago, listings are:

• Down 15.27% in DC
• Up 17.84% in Northern Virginia (NOVA)
• Up 12.35% in Montgomery Co.
• Up 4.34% in Howard County
