Heading into February, we’re starting to notice the stability of the market set in. While I continue to see a steady increase in properties under contract across the board, the number of new listings and closings saw minimal change. Expect to see this trend continue into the Spring season.

See what Estately says are the top 10 most and least expensive metro stops by median house price. “Overall, the Red Line is home to the area’s most expensive stops, and the Green Line the most affordable. The Silver, Orange, and Blue Lines had stops in both the top and bottom ten.”
